We want to reach out to all of our valued customers to let you know that here at Want A Sparky its business as usual under these unusual circumstances, and we have you covered during these unprecedented times. We want to be clear that there is nothing more important than the health and safety of our customers, employees, their families and also the communities where we work and serve. We have taken all appropriate measures as directed by the Department of Health and Human Services Victoria and will continue to take directive over the coming days, weeks and months.
In the meantime we have fully invested to ensure we have plentiful stock in our warehouse and appropriate access to emergency and essential materials during this time.
STAGE 1 LOCKDOWN
At this stage we are continuing to operate our business as normal until otherwise directed by the Department of Health and Human Services Victoria.
As advised its business as usual so please let us continue to assist you with all of your electrical needs. To support you, we can process any enquiries/bookings through our normal channels, being over the phone, online or via email.
STAGE 2-3 LOCKDOWN
Its a matter of when not if Stage 2-3 lockdown will occur and when it does we will be prepared. Please be assured we plan to continue to operate according to the essentials service guideline and will keep all forms of communication open.

Upon Stage 2-3 lockdown, our staff will be instructed only to attend essential work orders, all non-essential work orders or job requests will be filed into our system and followed up immediately when the lock down is lifted.
Our staff have been advised and trained in accordance with the WHO guidelines and will take due care when conducting works.
Our administration team will be working remotely, and we will have reduced technicians on the road on a rolling weekly roster to help
minimise our impact with this virus but still ensuring to maintain client support.
We will not be entering any properties with anyone who has been overseas in the last 14 days, is in self quarantine or anyone who presents unwell.
